Start your return in three steps

1. Fill in the form below with your order number (it is in your confirmation email, e.g. #1234).
2. Wait for our email. Within one business day we send you the return address and instructions. Please do not ship anything before you receive them: parcels that arrive unannounced cannot be matched to an order.
3. Send the dryer back complete (dryer, tripod, wall mount, travel case and cable) in its original packaging, within 14 days of our email. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Good to know: you have 30 days from delivery to return your HandsFreeDryer, no reason needed. If you changed your mind, you pay the cost of the return shipping. If the product arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we pay it and you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
